Trust & Security

What we host in India, what we don't, and exactly who processes your data. Written plainly, because you should be able to verify every claim before you trust us with your code.

What stays in India

India-hosted

Your account, subscription, projects, chat history, usage records and uploaded files are stored on infrastructure located in India. This data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train third-party models.

What leaves India — and why

AI inference runs on specialist providers outside India. We are direct about this because the alternative — claiming full sovereignty while quietly using global APIs — is the kind of thing that should cost a company your trust.

No Indian provider currently serves models of this capability at a price that supports ₹99/month plans. When that changes, we will move.

Only the content needed to answer your request is sent — the file excerpts and question involved, not your whole project. Providers process it to return a response; none of them receive your account identity, billing details or stored files.

How to keep everything on your machine

Zero network

Local Mind ships inside the desktop IDE and runs on your own CPU. With it handling a request, nothing is transmitted anywhere — not to us, not to any provider.

Self-hosted

Cortex Forge v1 is open-weight and can run on your own servers, so inference never leaves infrastructure you control.
